LEADERSHIP TEAM
OUR ELDERS
Jubilee Church is led by a team of elders. Neil and Hazel Pattison lead the eldership team.

We believe that God delegates His divine authority to men and women across all aspects of life throughout the world. In church life we are taught to recognise His delegated authority and defer to each other so that the church community can function in a smooth and healthy way. Men and women act in various leadership roles across the teams of Jubilee Church, governed by the eldership.
Neil & Hazel Pattison
Darren & Ruth Eagles
Neil and Hazel are the lead elders of Jubilee Church and have served together in Christian church leadership for 30 years. They also serve alongside Dave and Carol Cape in leading the Acts Life Cluster.
Darren originates from London and Ruth grew up in Cornwall. They met at Maidstone College of Art before going to work creatively in London. Their commitment to live in Maidstone and work locally came from being part of Jubilee Church since the mid 1980’s.
Marcel & Carol Jung
Marcel and Carol are both originally from Port Elizabeth, SA, arriving in London in 1999 as part of a Church of the Nations church plant into the UK. Marcel runs his own accounting practice while Carol expresses her creativity through making silver jewellery.
Andy & Barbara Faulkner
Andy and Barbara have lived in Maidstone for most of their lives and met here in their teens. They have four grown up children and three grandchildren. Andy works for an IT consulting firm and Barbara works in the education sector.
Siji & Ibi Otenigbagbe
Siji and Ibi have a long track record in church leadership. Siji works as a project manager, specialising in change management. Ibi runs her own catering business as well as being an author.
OPERATIONS TEAM
The Jubilee Operations Team work alongside the elders to serve and administrate daily church life. The team supports in the areas of finance, communications and administration. They are always ready to help with any questions that you may have.

Steve & Kim Lee
Steve grew up in Canada, where he served as youth and worship pastor for 10 years before moving to the UK in 2008. Steve and Kim met whilst serving alongside one another at Jubilee Church, got married in 2014 and now have 3 wonderful children.
Joani Konijn
Joani is originally from South Africa but came to the UK in 2018 to complete School of the Word. She now calls Maidstone home along with her husband, Henri. She oversees the children's ministry where she can express her passion for children to know Jesus.
